In person: Visit any PGK course or practice facility golf shop.
Course online stores: Some courses offer online purchasing when shops are closed. Check individual course websites for details.
When: Cards for the following year go on sale in November. They make great gifts, and there is an early-load incentive for buying and loading early.
All PGK Value Cards are sold as a prepaid debit card. The value on the card is drawn down as you use it during the season.
Your green fee discount is determined by the Value Card type you purchase.
You will receive a discount on range buckets at all three of our PGK practice facilities.
If your card gets low, you can reload it in $200 increments to keep getting the reduced green fee rates.
After October 1 there is no requirement to reload, you can just show your depleted card to keep receiving the benefits.
Value Cards include reduced power cart pricing at select courses.
Value cards can be used for reduced rates for up to two golfers per day, per course. You can use your card for yourself and one guest in the same group.
Value cards can be used for a maximum of two baskets of range balls per day, per practice facility.
You can visit more than one PGK course or practice facility in a day.
The card is registered to you; you may use it to pay for a guest playing with you.
Cards are not transferable, cannot be lent out or used by others when you’re not present.
All of the above applies whether you are using a physical card or you have a digital card in one of our mobile apps.
The 35 & Under Intermediate Addicted Value Card will only offer the Addicted Rate pricing for those 35 & under (Now & Again prices for those 36 and over).
Choose your card based on how much you intend to play and practice in the current golf season:
Now & Again: Planning up to ~10 rounds (or ~5 with a partner)? Get up to 10% savings with a $400 initial load.
Frequent: Like to play about 18–20 rounds and want variety? Get up to 18% savings with $1,000 initial load.
Addicted: Play 20+ rounds for the biggest value. Up to 25% savings with $1,800 initial load.
35 & Under: If you are age 35 or under you get Addicted-level benefits with a $600 initial load.

Range balls and range passes
Other in-shop purchases
Use your value card for buckets of balls at our practice facilities.

Reload anytime during the season in $200 increments.
Reload using a mobile app or by visiting any PGK facility (including practice facilities).
Reloads keep the same discount level as your original card purchase.
After October 1 no reload is required. Simply show your depleted card and continue to receive your green-fee discount through the end of the season.
Yes, a Play Golf Kelowna Value Card is simply a pre-loaded debit card that is drawn down during the golf season. The type of card that you purchase determines the discount level you receive.
All value card balances expire on December 31 of the current year.
Value cards are not transferable. They cannot be given to another person to use.
Value cards CAN be used for more than green fees. Once golf courses are closed you can still use any remaining value card balance in our golf shop (various hours of operation) until December 31.
Balances do not carry forward into the next year.
Each year we offer an Early Load incentive for purchases made by February 28. The Early Load does not add bonus dollars, it simply lets you join your chosen Value Card tier with a lower initial cash commitment.
Purchase by Feb 28 each year.

Example: Load $300 by Feb 28 to receive Now & Again benefits and $300 in card value. From March 1, the initial load to get those same benefits is $400. (Amounts subject to change each season.)

All include full Play Golf Kelowna mobile card functionality. You only need one app.
If you already have a PGK card (connect it to the app)
Open the app → find Play Golf Kelowna Card.
Tap Connect my card and enter the same email or phone on your PGK profile.
Your digital card, balance, and transaction history will appear.
Show the in-app barcode/QR to redeem at any partner course or practice facility.
If you’re new (buy in-app)
Create an account in the app.
Choose your Value Card and purchase.
Your card is live instantly, reload anytime in $200 increments.
When available, Early Load lets you join a tier with a lower initial load (no bonus dollars).

Troubleshooting
Can’t connect? Your contact info likely doesn’t match your PGK profile. Visit or call any partner course and staff will update it so you can link your card.
The Early Buy-In offer is available until Feb 28 and lets you participate in the Play Golf Kelowna Value Card program at a reduced initial investment.
If you’re new to Play Golf Kelowna, it’s a great way to experience the program with a lower upfront cost.
If you’re a returning Value Card holder, you’ll enjoy all the same benefits you know and love with less cash required to get started.
The Early Load amounts provide Value Card holders with the full benefits of each PGK Value Card level, but at a lower initial cash commitment.

The Early Load Promotion does not provide Value Cards loaded with extra dollars.
For example, if you load $300, you receive $300 on a Now & Again Value Card with Now & Again Card Benefits. You are simply committing to spend $300 instead of $400 to receive these benefits.
You can load $1,200 prior to Feb 28 to receive Addicted Value Card benefits. You receive $1,200 in card value. After Feb 28 you must load $1,800 to receive the same Addicted Card benefits.
